Buddhismus
is a philosophy of happiness with essential assumptions.
You test these for yourself and through the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
This path is a benefit for you, for your environment and for a better world.
In meditation
you go beyond your own identity.
You leave your thoughts, the whole world around you behind.
Then you may just be and feel only your breath.
The three characteristics
of existence:
Take all the shortcomings, all
the suffering in life for granted.
Then you can let go, everything is transient and nothing remains.
And no existence
has a fixed, unchanging
and independent self
This setting is the foundation
for your inner peace
along with your practice.
For this I am happy to be
a companion for you,
a step with you on your way.
